Great place for families!

Breakfast spread good, food was of good quality. Sat us quickly despite busy hour. Lots of seats, no rush for food. Room service excellent. Staff of hotel are attentive and cheerful to guests needs. Also there were alot of activities for us to do and we didn't need to leave the hotel at all.

Room had a lot of condensation when we opened the balcony doors and the floors and even walls were wet. Needed to call for help to dry up the room and this was attended to promptly. Likely because it had been raining so it was humid outside.

Top for Families

It is a great hotel for families. Pools, water slides and kids club very very popular with the kids and it never seemed to be overcrowded. The adjacent activities outside the hotel also proved a hit, especially Sentopia, the Luge and the Fire and Light show. The free shuttle bus was a bonus. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Staff in all areas very attentive and helpful. The hotel has clearly been well maintained over the years. The buffet food was of a high standard with enough variety for all tastes

Great for a relaxing getaway.

The facilities were great. The kids club was excellent - my kid thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were always courteous. Pool and slides were excellent. Breakfast buffet was grand. Shuttle bus was punctual and frequent. Fun team were also good - it’s a shame there was no evening entertainment.

Nestopia could have had a bit more shade to it. This put my kid off playing there, opting for the pool instead. The wifi was awful. It was hard to connect, and when it did, it was slow. I bought a tourist SIM when I arrived in Singapore, so was able to use that connection instead.

the hotel has everything a family needs to stay at sentosa. from perfect buffet breakfast for the whole family, to washi

the property is located directly on the beach. Also, at the pool there is a kids section with a kiddie pool and water slides and also the pool size is big. the hotel is located next to the cable car station. They have a kids club section next to the pool area. i was very impressed with the breakfast buffet which had a huge selection and not to forget the (kids corner) and a (baby corner) in the buffet which was new to me. A perfect family friendly accomedation.

loved the hotel. love the staff. lack of Food variety left a bit wanting but overall a pleasant stay and definitely will

very conveniently located and very well maintained. loved the pool setting and the bar by the pool and the overall promptness of serving orders by the pool as well.

the food menu is pretty restricted. considering the price tag there should be a bit more variety in a la carte menu. couldn’t find Italian or Mexican menu at all and what limited menu is there of Indian and oriental foods that too is very limited.
